We may also collect property search preferences, saved listings, and communication logs between users and agents conducted through our platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, including displaying property listings, connecting seekers with agents, processing transactions, and sending relevant notifications such as price alerts and new listing matches. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to analyse platform usage trends, improve our search algorithms, and generate market insights. We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, and communication tools such as WhatsApp. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the specific services they provide to us.
